Marketing Executive

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing
• Ability to think outside the box and propose new ideas enhancing our marketing efforts
• Experience in the IT industry is an advantage
• Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience working with CRM and CMS systems
• Experience on working with e-mail automation systems
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience working with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing
• Affinity with graphic design and editing tools

Main functions and responsibilities

• Developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Writing persuasive copy for advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts and more
• Creating engaging content such as blogs, articles and website copy that resonates with our target audience
• Developing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM and digital advertising
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of campaigns, suggesting recommendations for improvements and forecasting ROI (return on investment)
• Creating engaging content (including video’s, graphics and blogs) relevant for websites, social media, e-mail and advertising campaigns
• Managing and growing social media presence across multiple platforms, including creating graphics and copy and posting content
• Collaborating with team members to create high quality marketing content and manage paid advertising campaigns
• Analyzing marketing data and creating performance reports
• Using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify opportunities
• Collaborating with the Sales Team and Product Managers to execute synergized marketing campaigns
• Following the latest industry trends, including monitoring Microsoft’s latest updates, identifying growth opportunities, etc.
